How do I set up Microsoft Outlook 2007?

As a first step you need to create a mail account.

To set up Microsoft Outlook 2007, follow the instructions below.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3):

yourdomain.com

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

yourdomain.com

Email address/Username:

user@yourdomain.com

Password:

<your_mailbox_password>

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007.
2. Go to Tools -> Account Settings....
3. On the E-mail tab click New.
4. Select "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and click Next >.
5. Check off the box labeled "Manually configure server settings or additional server types". Click Next >.
6. Select Internet E-mail and click Next >.
7. Enter your details. Make sure to replace user@yourdomain.com and yourdomain.com with your actual email address and domain name.

8. Click More Settings.... On the Outgoing Server tab check off the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." Then choose to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server." Click OK.
9. Click Next > and then Finish.
