After you create an account with our Web hosting services within 24 hours you will be provided with a Control Panel where you can set up FTP accounts, email addresses and have access to your billing information. If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, and you notify us in writing via e-mail within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to admin@inspirunner.com If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, and you notify us in writing via e-mail that you wish to cancel, your web hosting service will work until the end of your billing cycle.
